This conference track explores the dynamic relationships between organizational structures, inter-organizational collaboration, knowledge exchange, and performance outcomes across industries and international contexts. It addresses how organizations leverage formal and informal networks to enhance innovation, adaptability, competitiveness, and strategic growth.

In the era of globalization and "de-globalization", digital transformation, and rapid technological change, business networks have become essential mechanisms for accessing resources, sharing knowledge, reducing uncertainty, and facilitating international expansion.

Collaborative ecosystems, strategic alliances, partnerships, and digital platforms are reshaping managerial practices and influencing organizational resilience and long-term value creation. Particular attention is devoted to the role of relational capital, leadership, and digital technologies in strengthening organizational performance. Emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, blockchain, and advanced analytics are transforming the ways organizations communicate, coordinate, and collaborate within networks. At the same time, managers face increasing challenges related to trust building, intercultural communication, sustainability, and the governance of complex business relationships.

The conference track welcomes theoretical, empirical, and interdisciplinary contributions that examine the impact of organizational networks on business performance in both domestic and international environments. Relevant themes include strategic management, innovation networks, knowledge management, digital ecosystems, internationalization, entrepreneurial collaboration, supply chain integration, sustainability, and organizational agility.

By bringing together researchers, practitioners, and policymakers, this track aims to foster meaningful dialogue on how organizations can strategically use networks to improve performance, strengthen competitiveness, and generate sustainable growth in increasingly volatile and interconnected markets.
