This track
explores how
de-globalization
reshapes
organisational
knowledge,
learning and
innovation.
As global
systems become
more fragmented,
regionalised and
contested,
organisations
face new
challenges in
accessing
expertise,
sharing
knowledge,
sustaining
innovation
ecosystems,
governing
digital and
technological
infrastructures,
and adapting to
uncertainty.
The track
welcomes
conceptual,
empirical,
methodological
and
practice-based
contributions
that discuss
organisational
learning,
knowledge
management,
innovation
management and
related
perspectives to
examine how
organisations
respond to the
systemic
consequences of
de-globalization.
It is
particularly
interested in
knowledge
governance,
innovation
ecosystems,
organisational
resilience,
technological
decoupling,
supply-chain
knowledge,
AI-mediated
knowledge work,
local and
regional
innovation, and
the role of
leadership and
culture in
supporting
adaptive
learning.
The track seeks
to encourage
discussion
