transformation,
the business
ethics and the
Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR)
are increasing
their central
role in
organizational
decision-making
processes.
The progressive
crisis of the
traditional
globalization
paradigm is
creating trade
conflict, and
the redefinition
of value chains.
This requires
companies to
rethink their
strategies from
a systemic and
sustainable
perspective.
A
new vision of
managerial
leadership based
on transparency,
inclusion, and
resilience is
needed. In this
context business
models capable
of integrating
innovation,
sustainability,
and shared value
are emerging.
Considering the
previously
outlined
framework, this
track invites
