Track description

In today’s fast-paced digital environment, organizations worldwide are grappling with a host of new and complex challenges brought on by emerging technologies. While innovations such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, the Internet of Things, and blockchain offer promising opportunities for efficiency and growth, they simultaneously introduce critical concerns around cybersecurity, data privacy, and digital governance. This sweeping technological shift has fundamentally transformed organizational structures and processes, forcing enterprises to redefine operational strategies, adopt disruptive business models, and realign market approaches to stay competitive. Effective digital transformation is not only about integrating advanced solutions but also about orchestrating organizational change and cultivating a tech-savvy, forward-looking culture. It is crucial for leaders to ensure that technology adoption goes hand in hand with strategic resource allocation, robust risk management, and strong ethical standards.

This track, seeks to foster an in-depth scholarly discourse on how organizations navigate these multifaceted issues. We invite researchers to explore the interplay between technology and the social, cultural, economic, and ethical dimensions of organizations. We welcome empirical studies, conceptual frameworks, literature reviews, comparative analyses, and case studies that shed light on both the promise and the pitfalls of living and working in a technologically advanced global landscape.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

- The influence of emerging technologies on strategic decision-making and competitive advantage.

- Managing change and orchestrating effective digital transformations.

- Evolving organizational cultures and fostering employee engagement in the digital era.

- Cybersecurity strategies, risk management, and building digital trust.

- Leveraging big data and analytics for innovation and evidence-based decision-making.

- Ethical considerations and social responsibility in technology deployment.

- Navigating sustainability amid rapid technological and market changes.

- Best practices and real-world insights into technology adoption and integration.

We encourage scholars, practitioners, and thought leaders to contribute new perspectives and critical analyses on the organizational challenges posed by a tech-driven world.
