Track description The sustainable future of societal growth and prosperity hinges on reimagining intelligent organisations and communities as catalysts for innovation and inclusive value creation. This track explores how knowledge-driven, technology-enabled, and human-centred systems - operating within hybrid workspaces and intelligence-led frameworks - can transform both organisations and society. Digital and intelligent transformation processes foster collaboration and knowledge sharing, giving rise to smart organisations and communities that contribute to social innovation and sustainable development across digital and social ecosystems. These intelligent entities play a pivotal role in advancing social, economic, and environmental sustainability by rethinking human resource practices, enhancing human capabilities through technology, and fostering new approaches to problem solving, crisis response, and resilience building. Future-oriented intelligent organisations integrate artificial and human intelligence to build competence frameworks and cognitive assets that drive organisational growth, knowledge creation, and sustainability. This convergence supports the development of post-Anthropocene paradigms, where technology, creativity, and human values coalesce to shape adaptive, inclusive, and forward-looking working environments. This track invites theoretical and empirical contributions that examine intelligent and sustainable organisations and communities. Topics include: - Hybrid workplace design - Human-technology collaboration - Intelligence augmentation - Social and organisational innovation, - The intersection of urban and organisational ecosystems. We aim to foster a multidisciplinary dialogue on how intelligent systems can empower individuals and communities to co-create a sustainable, innovative future.
